I just sat down and made my first one with words, so I'll share my
stupidity to perhaps save you time...remember to carve the words in
BACKWARDS so when you stamp it you can read it.
Even my 7 yr old thinks I'm a dumb@** now! ;)

Your *first* one? Pshaw! My fifth or so one was done quite nicely (for me) and the porcupine and flag looked pretty good, but the CA - the only letters, and one is reflexive, anyway - was backwards. Oh, well. The Mainers and Neuveau Brunswickers will get something to chuckle over just north of The County when it's planted.
